Thank you for visiting Marianne Mitchell Art. By using this website or purchasing artwork through the site, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please review these terms before completing a purchase.

Orders & Original Artwork

Every original artwork is one of a kind. Because colors and details may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, and individual screens, slight variations between digital images and the artwork in person may occur.

Please review all available photographs, dimensions, and artwork details before purchasing. If you have questions about a piece, you are welcome to contact me before placing your order.

Shipping

Please allow 3–5 business days after purchase for your order to be prepared and shipped unless otherwise noted. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Artwork is carefully packaged to protect it during transit. Shipping times after dispatch may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Damage During Shipping

Orders are insured during shipment. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible and provide photographs of the artwork and packaging so that I can assist with the insurance claim and determine the appropriate resolution.

Please keep the original artwork and packaging until the claim has been resolved.

Returns & Refunds

Because original artwork is unique, all sales of original artwork are final unless the piece arrives damaged or an incorrect item was sent.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact me so that I can work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

Copyright & Use of Artwork

Purchasing an original artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. All artwork and images remain the intellectual property of Marianne Mitchell unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Artwork may not be reproduced, distributed, commercially used, or sold as prints or other products without written permission.
